Rickenbacker 430
This is a unique and interesting Rickenbacker guitar. These were built in various configurations from 1971-1982. It features a style 200 body with large single pole covered pickups. The controls are traditional Rickenbacker with two volume and two tone and a three way switch. Hardware includes Kluson Deluxe tuners with incorrect screws installed in some of them. We dated the guitar to 1974 using the pot codes. It has a 24 fret, 2-octave rosewood fretboard.
The neck pickup has a really fat tone and the bridge pickup produces quite a twang. The finish appears to be a Vintage White that has begun to yellow. This guitar weighs a very comfortable 6.5 lbs. This guitar is a player, not in mint condition. They seem to be hard to find in any condition so if you want to add one of these to your collection this is your opportunity.
