1975 Rickenbacker 4001 in Mapleglo!
This beautiful blonde beast of a bass
provides all the Rick thunder you'll need. All
components are in perfect working order and apart
from some filled nicks and scratches on the back
of the instrument, this bass is in superb
condition, especially considering it is now 36
years old. 
There's also a corner missing from the pick guard
to the right of the neck pickup. Like all vintage 4001
Rickenbacker basses there are beautiful mother of
pearl inlays in the rosewood fret board, elegant
black and white binding that surrounds the body
and runs along either side of the neck, and an
optional “Ric-O-Sound” stereo output jack. 
This bass has been refinished, and rebound with black along the body, at some point during
it's rock star career, but it looks great from up close and off stage. You won't be disappointed with this blonde bombshell. The original hard shell case is
included.

pickups are full of the boomy vintage sounds we
have come to love and expect from Rickenbackers
and the artist who use them such as; John
Entwistle from The Who, Bill Wyman of the Rolling
Stones, Chris Squire from Yes, Lemmy Kilmister
from Motorhead, Paul McCartney and oh so many
more.
