Clean, all original '97 Rickenbacker Cheyenne I 4004 Bass. Natural oiled walnut body, maple fingerboard, and contrasting walnut headstock wings with gold plated hardware. Two humbucking pickups, tone and volume controls with a 3 way pickup selector switch, all fully functional and quiet - to borrow a phrase - "potent simplicity". The Schaller M4 tuners turn smoothly and hold tune well. The neck is straight and both truss rods are fully functional. Lots of life left in the frets.
Some player wear throughout. There are a couple of dings on the front and on the top edge of the headstock which are detailed in the photos. Includes original case in good condition. All latches and handle intact and working. This is a fine example of outstanding American guitar craftsmanship. You won't be disappointed.
