Up for auction is a nice used 1960's Ryder 425 electric guitar. Ryder, from what I understand, was a subsidiary of Rickenbacker, and these guitars were produced next to the Rickenbacker 425's. This guitar was repainted by the original owner to a red. he told me it used to be Fireglo. In addition, the original owner changed the truss rod cover to a Ric truss rod cover because the original Ryder cover had cracked. This guitar is nice - I was planning on stripping it and making a mapleglo finish, but have just too many projects going at one time.
