This is a rare 1959 Barth electric guitar.
Made by Paul Barth, who worked as a designer for Rickenbacker. He then went on to work and design for Magnatone (which these were later marketed as) and Mosrite.
This Guitar is Original except for the replacement pickguard (original pickguard included) and a NOS Bridge (try finding one of those !) missing one of the tuning ferrels, input jack is a little funky, but works.
This is the same type of guitar used by the Chantays on the song 'Pipeline' !
