The guitar is in PRISTINE, like NEW cosmetic condition (see pics) showing no playing wear as it has only been test played for 10 minutes! No scratches or dents, no breaks, cracks or repairs. Neck is straight and action is nice. Frets have no wear. Comes with the original Rickenbacker hardshell case in silver vinyl covering which is also in mint shape.
This guitar has a great typical Rickenbacker sound - full, rich with jangly overtones and lots of sustain. Very versatile. It could sound as thin as Fender or almost as rich as Gibson but neither Fender or Gibson can come close to sound like a Rick! A killer combination of versatility and small weight. The Rickenbacker 350V63 Electric Guitar is based on the classic 325 Series guitars. This vintage stylization updates the traditional design to full-scale size and performance. Vintage reissue pickups, solid black knobs, replica tuners, and trapeze tailpiece hark back to another era, but offer the feel and sound modern guitarists demand. Top, sides, and support ribbing are carved from a single piece of maple. Cross-grain laminated maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. Pickups are single-coil for warm biting tone, with individual pole pieces.
