Here we have a 1973 original Ricky 4001 bass ,it is totally original apart from the Saddles which are the correct original modern Rick' ones, they have been replaced and the bass set up proffessionaly very recently.The serial no dates it to just after the 'checkered binding period sept 73.Everything works as it should there are no issues apart from normal/light wear and tear for a 37 year old bass,as you can see there is some paint missing from the Bridge P-up but this does not affect the sound.has great MOJO'...The pot codes date 73...the serial is MI(eye) 4320.....Not M1(one) 4320(this comes up as 98 which the bass obviously isn't!!!!!!!!!See my feedback and bid/buy with confidence.
